I am Jayvee Osing, a virtual assistant for almost 2 years. I have also been in the customer service setting for 6 years, assisting clients and building relationships with colleagues. While I am focused on providing assistance to clients and customers, I am also pursuing my Criminology degree.

Changing my career path from customer service to virtual assistant was a rough ride, but it motivated me to become receptive to feedback to improve my skills. Outside of work, I am a lover of animals. In fact, I currently take care of 15 dogs. Ever since I was a child, my family always took care of dogs, hence my love for them. I am also an avid gamer. I play video games and mobile games during my free time.
